Green Man Stage 2008

Sat 13 – Sun 14 September 2008 / 12pm–10pm

Potter's Fields Park

  • Hanggai

In the heart of Potters Fields, the magically decorated Green Man Stage features a unique programme of world music, inspirational speakers and artistic performances - in celebration of cultural diversity, and its importance for humanity and the earth.

The stage, powered entirely by renewable energy, will form part of a specially designed space featuring indigenous art and photography, a children’s creative area and the Global Village, with information and campaigns on urgent social and environmental justice issues around the world. Presented by Green Man Arts, in association with Greenpeace, Survival International, The Gaia Foundation and Resurgence Magazine.
