Sunday 13 September 09.30-22.00 - To allow floats and large structures to be assembled - Victoria Embankment between Westminster Bridge & Northumberland Avenue, eastbound closed, westbound possible delays
Sunday 13 September 17.00-22.30 - To allow the carnival procession to form up and ensure the safety of the crowds who begin to gather - Victoria Embankment between Northumberland Avenue & Blackfriars Bridge & its access roads, White Lion Hill & Blackfriars Underpass
Sunday 13 September 17.00-22.30 - Blackfriars Bridge, Blackfriars Road between Upper Ground & Stamford Street
Sunday 13 September 18.00-22.30 - Carnival procession - Upper Ground & access roads
